Response times
We aim to reply within 2 business days. Security disclosures typically receive an initial acknowledgement within 24 hours. Press enquiries with a stated deadline get priority; please include it in your subject line.
We don't use auto-responders or ticket queues. You'll hear from a person who has read your message.
Consumer service only
Redacted is built for individual consumers who want their own personal data removed from data brokers. We don't offer business or enterprise plans, bulk removal contracts, or white-label services. If that's what you're looking for, we're not the right fit and we won't waste your time.
