Consumers access their credit file via the portal at centrix.co.nz/my-credit-score/ or by emailing [email protected] with identity documentation (NZ Driver Licence or Passport preferred — processed next business day; other ID takes 5–10 working days). Credit report correction requests go to [email protected]. Authorized agents (e.g. financial advisors) are accepted with consumer consent. Centrix forwards credit-file freeze/suppression requests to the other two CRBs (Equifax, illion/Experian) if the consumer consents, so a single request may cover all three bureaus.
