Data subjects must email [email protected] with subject line "GDPR request" and supply their name, email, and proof of identity/address so Company Check can verify the requester. A separate search-engine de-indexing (suppression) form exists at companycheck.co.uk/removal which hides the profile from Google/Bing but does not delete underlying data on site. Full erasure is NOT guaranteed: Company Check asserts legitimate-interest grounds for maintaining public-register and financial-risk records, so the most likely outcome is restriction/suppression rather than deletion. Authorized agents are accepted where written authority is provided but identity of the agent will also be verified (hence conditional). Response SLA is 30 days (extendable by two months for complex cases). id_required is true because the broker explicitly asks for proof of identity and address before processing.
