Confirmed 2026-06-16: Cuebiq is a location intelligence / mobile data company that collects geolocation data via SDKs embedded in mobile apps. Opt-out form is at https://cuebiq.com/privacy-request/ (also linked from the site footer as 'Opt-Out/Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information'). The form requires email address and request type; the primary identifier for device-level opt-out is the Mobile Advertising ID (MAID — IDFA on iOS or GAID on Android). Because MAID is not in the field enum, email is used as the minimum required identifier; the engine notes field should prompt the user to supply their MAID in the form. Authorized-agent submissions are supported via a CCPA authorized-agent form (https://www.cuebiq.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/08/Auth-agent-form-CCPA.pdf); written authorization from the consumer is required, hence 'conditional'.
