Requestors submit their full name, the search query producing unwanted results, specific result URLs to delist, and a brief justification. Google accepts authorized-agent submissions with proof of legal authorization. Google sends an email acknowledgement and may request further information before deciding; decisions are communicated via email. Applies across EU, EEA, UK, and other jurisdictions with equivalent RTBF/Art-17-style rights (hence region=multi). DPO email [email protected] for escalation. Verification by re-running the named search query and checking whether the delisted URL still appears (search_index method); tier 2 because Google may grant partial or no delisting — outcome is broker-controlled.
