Confirmed 2026-06-16. Kaspr SAS is a French B2B contact-data broker (headquartered in Paris) providing LinkedIn-derived work email, phone, employer and title data, serving UK and EU markets. Opt-out is via a self-serve privacy portal powered by SayMine at https://kaspr.privacy.saymine.io/kaspr. Process: select "Delete my data", enter name and email, check authentication box, submit. Kaspr sends a verification email; the user clicks the confirmation link to complete the request. Two removal scopes are offered: (1) email-only removal; (2) full data removal (email + phone). After removal, the contact no longer appears in the Kaspr browser extension or user dashboards, and existing Kaspr customers are notified of the opt-out. Alternative channel: email [email protected] with subject "Opt-out Kaspr", including full name, email(s), phone, and LinkedIn profile URL. Privacy policy applies UK GDPR / GDPR rights (access, portability, objection, erasure, rectification, restriction, consent withdrawal); Kaspr commits to responding within one month.
