They explicitly state they do NOT collect name, email, phone number, DOB, ethnicity, or income. Opt-out/deletion submitted via form at lotadata.com/personal_information; privacy email [email protected] (also contact [email protected] per CA AG registry). Registered CA (AG) data broker. Because the company collects device IDs and location rather than PII, minimal required field is email (to identify the request submitter); no name or address needed by their own stated data model.
