What we know about this broker

PROVIDER DEFUNCT. Oracle Advertising (BlueKai, Datalogix, Grapeshot, Moat, AddThis, Crosswise) wound down entirely by September 30, 2024. The legacy opt-out portal https://datacloudoptout.oracle.com/ now 301-redirects to oracle.com/contracts/data-services/ and is not functional as a consumer opt-out tool. The only residual path is emailing [email protected] with a CCPA deletion request explicitly naming each subsidiary. Oracle stated it would auto-delete customer data once obligations were met and end relationships with data providers, but residual data licensed out before shutdown cannot be independently confirmed deleted. Oracle remains a registered CA data broker (OAG record 185679) making it reachable via the CA Delete Act DROP channel. $115M class-action settlement (Katz-Lacabe v. Oracle, 2024) is relevant trust-messaging context. Engine should render this as a legal_exception / provider-shut-down entry, not an actionable live removal. Downstream risk: data was licensed to LiveRamp, Lotame, Omnicom, and Neustar before shutdown — file parallel requests with those entities. Confirmed defunct status and redirect verified 2026-06-17.
