Confirmed 2026-06-16: PagineBianche is the Italian white-pages directory operated by Italiaonline S.p.A. (Via del Bosco Rinnovato 8, Assago MI). Directory listing data originates from the unified telecom database via telephone operators (Agcom-regulated). Primary removal route is via the subscriber's telephone operator, who can remove the entry from the central database. Alternatively, GDPR Art.15-22 requests (including Art.17 erasure) can be submitted via the DPO contact form at privacy.italiaonline.it/dpo/form-contatto-dpo or email to [email protected] or by post. The general Italiaonline privacy form (privacy.italiaonline.it/Privacy/form.privacy.php) explicitly excludes PagineBianche and directs users to a separate contact route.
