Opt-out form is hosted via OneTrust at precisely.com/your-privacy-choices; users select PlaceIQ, choose request type (opt-out of sale/sharing or limit use of sensitive data), provide MAID (mobile advertising identifier), full name, email and state, complete a CAPTCHA, then click an email confirmation link. MAID is the key identifier for targeted-ad opt-outs but is not in the recipe field enum; email + state are the mappable required fields. Authorized agents may submit via a separate OneTrust agent form, by calling 1-800-957-4511, or by emailing [email protected] per the California data broker registration for Precisely Software/PlaceIQ. The live OneTrust flow is progressive after state selection and is brittle for dry-run form validation, so production dispatch uses the official privacy email channel.
