Live reprobe 2026-06-18 found the generic /optOut/name/landing URL redirects to the search landing, while /api/helper/optOutLight/search exposes the lightweight opt-out form with first name, last name, city, state, optional zip/phone, and optional email fields. Email stays required here because the broker removal flow still depends on a mandatory email confirmation link. The seed listed category as ad_tech but this is a people-search aggregator of public records (court records, addresses, family history, social profiles, etc.) — corrected to people_search. Relisting is a known issue: the broker re-scrapes data periodically. Category corrected from ad_tech to people_search based on research. Tier set to 2 (broker_confirmed) because no publicly rescannable profile URL pattern was confirmed; removal is confirmed only by broker email.
