What we know about this broker

BROWSE.md §5.4. Datos is a Semrush subsidiary (acquired 2024); it collects panel-sourced URL-level clickstream data from millions of devices and licenses the feed onward. There is NO dedicated Datos panelist DSAR portal. The only self-serve path is to email [email protected] with access/correction/deletion/opt-out of sale requests; Semrush commits to respond within 30 days. A "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link appears in the footer of semrush.com. For users enrolled in the Datos panel via a third- party app/extension, the primary lever is UNINSTALLING that app/extension — the email request is best-effort and may receive a denial ("data anonymized, nothing to delete"). Datos's privacy policy (datos.live/privacy-policy) directs contact to [email protected] but this is a B2B contact; [email protected] is the correct consumer DSR address. verify.method capped at broker_confirmed per BROWSE.md §4.
