TrueLocal lists business contact data (officers, addresses, phone numbers, business descriptions) — it is not a consumer people-search product. Business owners can manage their own listings via business.truelocal.com.au (login wall). For third-party data removal or suppression requests citing the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (APP 12/13), requests should be directed to [email protected]. The Thryv AU privacy policy at corporate.thryv.com/privacy covers all Sensis-branded properties including TrueLocal. Processing up to 30 days per APP. Seed's source URL (truelocal.com.au/legal/privacy-policy) returned 403; the operative privacy policy has migrated to the Thryv corporate site.
